love the colorI asked to have my color a shade darker .. it turned out so well!! I had tried another brand of salon color at home .. it smelled great , my hair felt terrific but within a week my gray roots were right back .. every one of them ..it looked like I hadn't touched them .. that company wanted pictures and a narrative of what directions I followed .. lIke I was an idiot .. . Just the "best" everI cannot say enough great things about your color. The match you created without seeing my hair is amazing. My hair feels wonderful, and the color lasts longer than any at home color I have ever used. The packaging was great- the instructions very clear and easy. Incredibly supportive process to find and LOVE my new hair colorI selected my new color online and when I applied the demi-permanent one for the first time it was too dark, although I liked the product smell and application process. I spoke to my colorist, explained what I was going for, and she helped me correct the color and achieve the perfect color.
