Super soft hair after coloringI love the color, actually very similar to my natural shade which is exactly what I was looking for. My main objective was to cover the gray and the color seemed to do ok but not great. I followed the directions perfectly and I have a lot of grays that didn't color which has never been as issue before. I'm not sure if leaving the solution on longer would help. When I go to my colorist my processing time is closer to 50 minutes on a permanent color mixed with v20. My hair looks good and is incredibly soft. I really like the smell and results of the shampoo and conditioner which is why this gets 4 stars.
