Finally found my hair salon in the mail!!I've been coloring my hair for years. Was a blonde all my life and as it got darker I started going to salons and paying crazy amounts just to have them slap on some color and 30-60 min. later I was out the door. So when I decided to go Red, I first went to a salon, then decided to save some money by trying it myself. I tried boxes...then ION hair color...then saw something online for eSalon. Britney has been wonderful and so very patient with me. The first batch was a little too dark, but she worked with me and we tweeked it little by little until I found my color. Matter of fact, I found a picture of myself after the last Salon visit, and I love the eSalon color much better. Plus they are experts at what they do...and will work with you either by email or phone or both! And believe me, saving hundreds of dollars a year on hair color is definately a win-win. But the best part is they work with you to get what YOU want...not what THEY want. I've been to salons where you go in with something in mind and end up getting what the stylist wants on you...not with eSalon. Beautiful color!!I was looking for a nice deep chocolate shade to cover my bright red hair. Not only is this color amazing but it got rid of all the red without making my hair look too drab or ashy. They selected the perfect color formulation and gave me the exact color I've been looking for! I chose the Demi-permanent option because my hair is a little damaged from previous bleaching. It worked wonderfully and my hair is even softer than before I colored it. I will definitely be purchasing this color again along with the color tint to refresh my color in between color treatments. Hair Color "FOR ME"I've been with esalon for over a year now and I could NOT be happier! I (like most women), have run the gamut in hair coloring. Over the counter, In the "actual salon" and so on. But this just isn't about convenience or price, (which BTW esalon are BOTH far SUPERIOR). But the fact that the #1 job of esalon is to get the color EXACTLY how you want it to be. (And bonus, I have NEVER gotten more compliments on my hair color.) It comes in the mail, I mix it and I color on "MY TIME", IN MY HOME!. That is so much easier and convenient. That just adds the check marks for the positive side. I even changed my color for a few months awhile back because...Well because I wanted to. And esalon worked with me to get the color EXACTLY to my liking. And I am indeed "LIKING IT", IN fact...I AM LOVING IT! The other products are pretty good too. The Mousse is great, the Body building shampoo and conditioner are good too but the color is the greatest hair care product I have EVER found in my life.
