The Best Experience!every time I would buy hair color from a local store, the chemical smell would be so strong I would have to go outside for 20 minutes to be able to breath without getting sick. eSalon's custom hair color has the most mild scent, I was able to stay in 1 room with the door closed! for those of you that are sensitive to chemical smells you truly understand this. My color is now rich and shiny instead of dull after 1 week. My gray's are properly covered and haven't reappeared after the normal 3-4 weeks! Great experience trying a new product! Love eSalon products and service!eSalon color and ordering process is fabulous! I initially contacted eSalon for assistance with correcting my self colored mistake- GREEN HAIR. They suggested and sent a color fix that corrected my green hair mistake; I liked the new color. After time I wanted a change and contacted eSalon regarding changing my hair color; they walked me through the options and sent the new color, which was perfect! Also, I use other eSalon products to help maintain my healthy hair. I have used eSalon for a few years and appreciate the consistent service and products. I'm in love!I loved the color that they have designed for me. I uploaded a picture because I was not sure if I was going too dark for my skin tone. They got back to me right away letting me know that they were sending me something a little lighter. They absolutely sent me the right color. It is beautiful!!
