What's not to love?The color is gorgeous. It comes with lots of supplies ....everything you can think of....delivered to your door on a schedule. No more running from store to store if they are out of my color. Bonus they perfectly tweak the formula if you just ask. I just love it ALLI have been for years trying to get the color that I really want and not have to go to a shop and spend my time and lots of money. As my hair continue to gray I don't want to look like a zebra with my roots looking one way and the rest another.
