Skeptical at first...Love the results!!I have to admit I was very skeptical at first, it looked really dark when applying. But after rinsing and washing then dried; it was soft, shiny and tamed!! Wow! Impressive!First of all, customer service: Prompt responses and excellent follow-up procedures. Every one has been kind, friendly and very accommodating. The product: Really excellent instructions are provided; it was so easy to apply, it smells great and leaves my hair shiny and natural looking, not dry and dull or feeling brittle.
