Didn't cover all my greysI feel I was a little harsh in my initial review, the colour was slightly darker than I had wanted and what I had in mind however maybe I didn’t express what I wanted clearly or was being unrealistic with what was possible, my one gripe is it didn’t cover all my greys I don’t have a lot but some at the roots and sideburn area although most covered there was a few that didn’t and I found the coverage didn’t last as long but I usually use 20vol developer in the salon and this set came with 10 vol with no option of changing them 20,30 or even an option to buy. Not happyI don't think you sent me the correct color. I went to dye my hair and the color in the bottle was black. I threw it away. I would like a refund. Love it!!!!I'm an old gal of 57 & always dreaded colouring my hair. I stumbled upon eSalon & thought that I'd give it a go. I am glad that I did. The colour selection options are hugely varied but easy to navigate. The option to send a current pic of your hair is a bonus. You can convey additional info if you wish (I explained that I have a very pale complexion & formerly had dark brown hair & that my hair is now very fine). The kit arrived in good time. You receive your personalized colour, along with clear instruction & all the kit you need (& more) in order to successfully dye your hair. Did they get it right? Yes. Without a doubt. The colour that I have received, is exactly as I hoped it would be (even my 76 year old Mum is impressed) & my husband loves it. My first orderThe kit was very easy to use and my hair felt wonderful afterwards. To be frank I wasn’t sure about the color initially. It seemed a bit too red, but after all the compliments I received, how could I change it! And, after a couple days I grew to love it. I’m looking forward to my next order. The best I've usedBeing a red head who'd gone a dull browny colour as I'd got older (typical that by the time I'm brave enough to embrace my ginger hair it's gone brown) I wanted a colour that enhanced my ginger- ness. Shop colours are always far too bright and unnatural looking. eSalon was able to give me the perfect colour which was so natural looking and pretty much my natural hair colour. Finally I was a red head again. After years of being bullied I felt empowered to show my beautiful red hair. I was a unicorn 🦄 Unfortunately I had to stop subscribing as I couldn't afford the price so I've gone back to being a dull brown again (why I listened to the bullies I'll never know as brown hair sucks) I also think there's an awful lot of waste especially when we need to reduce our plastic usage.
