Order sent to wrong address................I looked for a contact and didn't see one. I am furious. I changed my shipping address, and it is still being shipped to the wrong place. We travel a lot and this is not the first time this has happened. Looks like I am going to have to cancel my account if this company is not willing to work with me, plus my product will be later getting here. And I am having to bother someone to have it forwarded on to me. Didn't come out the colour I wantedI mixed the colour and at first, it looked an okay colour but quickly darkened to a dark purple. I was originally wanting orange hair and it came out dark red! The Best Ever Colour ...Going to the hair salon for my colour done was getting so expensive and I'd tried many home colours that damaged my hair and was never my end desired goal! .... Then I came across eSalon and I got all the advice I required, Excellent advice too and I have set up a regular colour as I am sooo very pleased and happy with my hair now! I love it!!
