Wrong color sent!I'm not sure what happened because the previous order's "darkest brown" with no copper/red was PERFECT for my roots. However, after I used the latest set, my roots ended up looking reddish like my previous color/highlights, despite my instructions saying my color is again the "darkest brown". I have used this company and product since 2020 so I'm really disappointed. TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE DONT BUYDO NOT BUY THIS TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE AND THEY WON’T FIX IT!!! I did the kit exactly as advised and my roots are an orange copper color. I called Saturday and the representative said the stylists aren’t available on Saturdays (then why have a representative available?). Best hair color on the marketI have golden blonde hair and my custom color is perfect for me and it lasts. I only need to touch up my color about every two and a half to three months. At first the color recommended for me based on the picture I sent was a little dark, so I asked that it be lightened a little and my colorist did and now it is just right.
