Didn't cover the graysI followed the instructions exactly but was disappointed to see just as many grays in my part line as before my coloring. C’est pas la bonne couleur!!!J’ai demandé un cuivré, sur la photo, la couleur tirée plutôt vers le roux, en tout cas orangé. En suivant les instructions, je me retrouve avec une couleur surtout rouge, avec les reflets presque roses sur les longueurs les plus claires. Je suis extrêmement déçue! Impressed by the colourI have been dying my hair for the past two years due to greys, have always just wanted to match my natural colour. Am a redhead and have always struggled even with professional salon colourists, to achieve a natural looking match. Have also tried 2 different home colour brands. I was dubious with esalon and if they’d do a good job based on the quiz and pic I supplied, but this is the best colour I have even had!
