First time usingThis was my first order and I have to say, I loved it. Bit fiddly doing the back of my head with the bowl and brush application but I’m hoping with practice that gets better. Not goodI followed instructions to a "t." I'm not a newb here, I'm 47 and basically full gray coming in. I was so disappointed when I got out of the shower and my roots were light pink at best. Either the timing was off or the formula is off or something because it didn't take. I saturated them too.
