Great colorLove this color. My first order did not keep grey colored until next order. Messaged my colorist to let her know. The color was adjusted and is perfect. eSalon is easy to use! Bad product good customer serviceI ordered a dark ash brown, what was sent was labeled as such but it turned my hair a light brassy brown and offered absolutely no grey coverage. I did have my stylist offer a new color but I decided to take the refund and run. I filled out everything correctly and followed the directions exactly so I’m not sure what went wrong but I’d never use the product again. Absolutely lovely!I was skeptic at the beginning but I was curious enough to try it. I am very happy with the results:)) my hair looks like it was done at the salon. The color matched perfectly!
