The color has a purple overtoneHello After speaking with your representative I thought she understood what I wanted the color I ordered was dark Auburn and what I got was a brown/black with purple overtones. From what I can remember none of the photos sent show me with brown/black hair. This is my natural color but not what I wanted, it should have been Dark Auburn with reddish overtones. To me this is what it is and in speaking with your rep I thought I conveyed this. I've suspended till May with a possibility of cancellation. Oddly enough the store bought kinds have always given me the right color but don't stay as long. I was given a good recommendation from Terlyn Nowell love her color. What happened to mine? Love love love this product!!!For years I spent thousands of dollars not to mention time getting my hair professionally colored but then decided to get brave and color my own hair. I tried box hair color it was OK but too one dimensional. I stumbled on this company one day decided to try it and have fallen in love !! Color is fabulous rich and shiny.
