Great system...butI loved the process of creating my color and the packaging that it came in. The color was what I expected. My only negatives are that I thought this product had a strong smell for a temporary color. Also, I lost A LOT more hair than usual after coloring and continued to have LOTS of hair breakage. I had to cut a several inches off my hair in hopes to improve the quality. WOULD NOT cover the graysNO matter how many times i used this product, it WOULD NOT cover my grays. Also, I very clearly CANCELLED ANY FURTHER hair color shipments from you, just a couple of weeks ago. I tried your product at least three times, it didn't work for me. NO hard feelings, just goodbye. The Perfect ColorI requested an adjustment to my custom color before I received my last order. My request was immediately acknowledge, and my stylist listened to me. My hair has never looked better!I get more compliments on my hair now then when I was going to my stylist. While I still will have her put in occasional highlights, I will continue to do my base color myself. My hair is in awesome condition, so soft, shiny and I can actually run a comb through it!
