Not so happyI have been using this product for a year. The last three times it has not completely coveref my gray. I thought at first i was missing those areas so i had my daughter help me still not all covered this time my husband did it and my hair was saturated even left on 5 minutes longer. Don't likeThis is my first order. And I'm not happy with my color 7.04. I thought it would on the blonde/brown side of color. I had blonde highlights with a aurburn color. Good color, but didn't go all the way throughI have been having my hair professionally done and filling in the roots with drug store color. I went back to esalon and decided to go from a dark brown to a dark red. They sent me two types of color, one for my roots and one for the rest of the hair which had previous been dyed. The roots and the ends are colored red but the area right after my roots (which had been colored by the drug store color) didn't really take the color. You can't see it if you aren't looking, but I'll probably need to do an all over color again. Also, my roots are a bit redder than my ends which isn't desirable.
