not satisfiedI like the product yet my hair is all most black again, exactly what I did NOT want. I've been lightening it since november and it's now way way darker then I stated. it's more dark red dark brown very little shine. I was hoping for something better then a $10 box from the store yet I've like my last 4 store boxes better then this. Huge disappointment. I will not recommend to anyone other then the shipping was beautuful and made me feel special. I really wish I was happy with this for the idea was great. so soThe first 2 formulas they sent were not at all the shade I requested and hoped for. Finally, I like this 3rd color. However, my motivation to try eSalon was the promise that it was better for my hair. After 3 months and 3 colorings, I really don't see that it's any better than when I used the over the counter versions. The shampoo for color-treated hair is great. My color seems to last a lot longerI Love eSalon custom hair color. It looks professional but it is so easy. I get complements all the time. Awesome Color that loves my hairI love this product - my hair feels silky and gorgeous, all of the supplies are included in the kit and the color blend is professional. I have red highlights in my brunette hair, and my eSalon color formula duplicates all of the subtleties I'd missed with 'off the shelf' coloring. It makes my hair look totally naturally and fresh, and it stays looking like that for ages.
