Will never purchase this againSo I went through the process, got my color in, followed the instructions to the letter. There are entire sections of the ends of my hair that didn't take the color. Typically this can be blended in depending on how I do my hair but this is like blocks, literal squares. I've been coloring my hair for nearly 15 years, both professionally and at home, and I've never been more disappointed in a hair product, especially considering how much they charge for it. Not Right ColorI asked to go a little redder and my hair looks brown. Not happy. I have a big presentation for my company and now I have to spend over $100 to fix it. I don;t understand what happened. The first color was good, I just wanted a little more red? I have stopped my order till I hear from you. Not sure what to do from here. Custom colorMy last hair color I got from you made my hair sticky like gum. Ended up having to go to a salon to get it fixed spending $30.
