I will never pay to go to a salon again!This is the second time that I have used my custom color and it is better than anything I have ever gotten done in a salon. It is the perfect color. First time userI am quite pleased and comfortable telling folks about this product. The coverage in general and specially with greys was better than anticipated. The thick creme-like formula is good, because there is absolutely no dripping of hair dye. I am a brunette with golden highlights. I do go out in the sun and the color just got a bit lighter without the horrible brassey reds that I do not want. I have bought it again, and if I need to tweak the formula - they are quite professional about that as well. The packaging is great with a personal flair!
