ScamI didn´t received my first order and... surprise! Just received an email with a new order??? WTF? Automatic shipping orders...???!!! I´d never check this. Remove me from this site.Initially I loved your product, however, for the last 3 deliveries, I have had problems with the hair color. 1) it stained my skin, and it took about a week for it to fade (this was in addition to the stain remover in the kit) 2) the color didn't last and within 2 weeks my roots were very prominent 3) on the last delivery the color was more of a dark brown than auburn. Good end color, poor processIn the end, I do like the color of my hair. However, it took me a full 30 minutes to rinse the dye from my hair. I literally ran out of hot water before the water started running clear. Additionally, the dye collected at my roots and I had to use my fingernails to scrape it out of my hair.
