Never againI was so excited to try a new hair color. Issue was not with kit but with the residue left behind. My hair is gummy and has a thick paste residue. I've washed my hair multiple times and it is not coming out. To top it off it didn't cover my gray at all. And my hair feels like straw. And yep followed instructions exactly. Wrong ColorI decided to give esalon a try due to their advertisement of custom just right color. I like to color my hair with chestnut undertones & loathe, for myself personally, red undertones or highlights of any kind. I conveyed this on my preferences and even detailed a note to that effect and after I dyed my hair, it was filled with ugly red undertones. Now I have to keep dying over this hideous mess until it clears. Hopefully by December. Not what I expectedThis came with enough product to apply. But my roots and ends are different colors! My roots are the color I wanted (dark brown), but my ends are more of a murky black. Reds all the way! I DON'T WANT RED!I warned the colorest that my hair tends to turn red with most color and that I needed ash tones. Well I used their "great color" but apparently no one listened!
