Brown not as expectedThank you for making the adjustments I requested. I love purple and wanted it to show. However, dark brown is much too dark for me. It came up BLACK, even though the color before dying was a very light reddish brown and gray. I love purple and want it to show. Not permanentThe hair color looks good when I initially put it on, but it slowly fades after 4-5 weeks. It's done this 2 times now. Burned scalp severely & left thick waxy residuecolor OK but thick waxy residue that will not rinse out is not. The pain was excruciating when this stuff touched my scalp. It also had a bad strong odor. I will be sticking with Paul Mitchell PM Shines and Shines XG from now on. No Color Change, Waste of MoneyI wanted a light strawberry blonde. As a natural redhead I feel the dye only slightly lightened my hair. It is completely unnoticeable like I did not die my hair at all. I had previously watched a lot of YouTube videos and was super excited to try this product. While I did love the package and all the essentials, I am unbelievably upset about how similar my hair looks to before I dyed it. My color turned out bright red. It's to Orangie.I just colored my hair on June 18. I was disappointed with how red my hair turned out. I don't understand how it got so Orange.
