Didn’t last…While the color was perfect and this was my 2nd try, it just doesn’t cover my grays. Even from the get go, they are there and within 3-4 days they are back out shining in all their glory. Schlechte GrauhaarabdeckunzIch bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Farbe hat meine Grauen Haare null abgedeckt und die Farbintensität ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Da kann meine alte Haarfarbe von der Drogerie wesentlich bessere Ergebnisse erzielen. Für das Geld bin ich sehr unzufrieden und enttäuscht. Color is beautifulNever did my own color before. E salon made it easier. The consultation was great. Tweaked the color once. Now my color looks like I went to salon. Highly recommend. Saving so much money and able to do my roots every 4 weeks instead of waiting 6 weeks to go to salon. Was able to get success the first time. Still can’t get it right!!I’ve sent pictures, and was specific “I want intense copper”. Their first attempt left my hair looking like a terrible kool aid dye job! It was a faded red and so fake. I ended up using a copper clenditioner to try and restore my hair to its rightful color. Their second attempt has left me with dark red/copper hair. Again, how can they screw this up so badly?! I tried leaving messages, I even left an image of the color I wanted. I like the kit, I like the shampoo and conditioner, and I really like the zero ammonia, though upset it took them till my second kit to remember I wanted only 10% developer; I’m doing a color deposit not a lift and tint! Not sure I want to allow them a third try given you don’t speak with a colorist directly, you play email tag and have to hope for the best. Maybe they do better for others, but my experience left me frustrated, angry, and upset to no end, and given my less then Stella rating I doubt they’ll post it since I’m their own words: We reserve the right to not post your review or remove it for any reason. 2 de 2 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
