HorribleThis was the worst product I have used to date (including box color from the store). The 2 separate colors did exactly that, left the top of my head 1 color and the length a different color. I knew it didn't sound right, but stupidly followed the instructions anyway. Nice idea, difficulty getting right color, and 100% color happines guaranteed noI love the concept, but I have tried to get the right color 4 times without success. My natural hair tends to go orange or red when colored and I have wanted to get a natural neutral brown for my roots, to cover some gray areas, and always get a color that shines red or orange in the light. The first replacement was sent without a charge, but I have been charged for orders 3 and 4, and have not yet been successful at reaching the desired color. I have been told by a rep over the phone that I should go to a hair salon because they cannot achieve the color I want.
