HATE THE COLOR!I tried this for the first time in March. The color was much darker than I would have liked, so I canceled. I then received an email stating the next round was on the way. I called to cancel and told the customer service agent that the color was too dark. She suggested I try it again and I did. What a disappointment the second color was darker than the first. Was a perfect darkness and tone, for a week or so, but faded quicklyI dyed less than a month ago, maybe three weeks ago. And the colour was super beautiful and rich after dyeing, but now its faded to a lighter dark brown, with orange-y warm tones, which I hate, when I requested a neutral VERY dark brown colour. I think that's an unreasonable time for a permanent colour to fade, espcially when I don't wash every day and I avoid heat and use colour safe products only. Not the color I wantedI really liked how the color covered my grays and was easy to apply, but I did not like how the color turned out. I was recommended dark blonde and I specified that I would like it to not have any red tones in it. When I put in on it was very red. I contacted them and told them about the color. The colorist told me that they have formulated a different color that will reduce the brassiness and recommended trying their blonde neutralizer. Custom hair dyeI was so excited to try this product after seeing loads of positive reviews online! I have given this 1 star because 1. The inside packaging was ok 1. You can't give 0 star rating. I actually started choking when opening the small bottle of colour. It smells REALLY strong of chemicals! This product needs to come with a warning for asthmatics!! Secondly, the product is extremely runny so best to wrap a towel around your shoulders AND sit on a whole load of towels!! The products will run down your neck, shoulders and back whilst it's developing too! I had hoped the product would redeem itself once washed out and my hair blow dried buuuuut..........NO! It almost completely washed out of my hair leaving just some patches at the roots slightly tinged a gingery purple!!!! :O it didn't even properly cover my greys except for turning a few of them a proper bright ginger/strawberry blonde!! I would like to point out though that this was MY experience!! In tears at horrendous colorfor years i felt if you wanted red it had to come from a salon. After a year of pushing from my cousin, I tried your sight. I even spent money on shampoo, root color etc. My roots where exact color on my natural color. I was promised a red copper. This looks NOTHING like the promise. I am a dark, UGLY brunette. paid to get exact same color I hadWas supposed to see a change in my hair from my natural hair color and ended up with no result. Exact same hair color as my natural hair color. It's as if I did nothing to my hair..not sure if the colorist gave me a bad color or the colorist should have gone a shade lighter.
