Worst hair dye I have ever used!I never write reviews but this stuff is horrible! I guess you get what you pay for. I had to wash my hair multiple times just to get the gross, sticky residue out of my hair. Never again! I wish I read the reviews. Not happyClose...kinda.... I was scared of exactly what happened. I have a few greys coming in and I just wanted to keep my natural color until I decide to just go blonde. Very disappointed..The packaging was super cute, but that's where it ends. Washing the color kit made my hair sticky with a thick film and NOT washing out. It was a nightmare. It literally took me an hour to wash it out and I had to use dawn dish soap to get it all out. Light brown hair this turned it BLACK!!!So for a bit ,this was a great product ,the past 2 have turned my hair almost jet black yet said light brown . Now can't figure out how to get it back to the right color without a professional job . If you can't get it right empty it and start again. I would expect in the least a credit back for the 2 so I can pay to fix this mess. I may try the other company who said they would never have mixed or labeled it wrong. Not for meI had to dye my roots and my ends with two bottles I am used to using one bottle for everything. The color was too red. I did not get an even color in my hair, I have several light and darker colors. Everytime I wash my hair red dye is still coming out. I am used to dying my hair the color is off, way too red. Beware - if you leave something in your cart you will be charged!My first order I found it to be okay. For myself, it didn't seem much better than the drug store version. My second order the order process was difficult because my internet was so slow. But, I decided to try it again, since it had been 9 months since I did try it. I went thru the process and afterward, I decided against it. I didn't hit submit but just closed the site. A few days later I get an email telling me my credit card didn't work. ( We had gotten a new one because some one hacked into our account.) So I just ignored the email. Then the box came. I called right away and spoke with a woman who was not very compassionate. She accused me of hitting submit and because I was in regular order, they somehow were able to get my new credit card number.
