Does not cover gray hairThis product is probably fine if you want to use it for brightening your existing color but it DOES NOT COVER GRAY HAIR - it has also been annoying to cancel. Didn’t workI decided to try e-Salon again. I wrote the hairstylist about my first experience (my hair having an orange tint to it). She explained that she changed the product for me. I did EXACTLY what the directions said to do and yet my hair had the orange highlights again. Devastated, I had to go get my hair foxed the next day. Custom Colour setI just wish I would have visited your website long before. Definitely got too say you ladies are fantastic!!! Instructions and videos make the whole process so much easier and the results I definitely can say I love love love the way my hair looks feels so beautiful. 🩷 I'm going to follow up with future purchases.
