HAIR COLOURI TRIED THIS ONE TIME AND IT SAYS GUARANTEED 100% COVERS GREY MINE DIDNT LAST MAYBE 3 WEEKS AND THEN THEY SEND ME ANOTHER ONE FOR 27.99 WHICH I DIDNT ORDER AND THEN I GOT ANOTHER . 3 TIMES THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK.. YET YOU CANT CANCEL ANYWHERE SO I'M CONTACTING MY BANK TO STOP THIS I HAVE SENT I BACK TODAY 4 A REFUND WE'LL SEE BUT I CAN'T SEND OTHER 1 BACK AS THEY ONLY GIVE U 30 DAYS TO SEND IT BACK SO IM STUCK WITH 1.. I WONT USE BUT I'M GOING TO SEE IF I CAN AS ITS NEVER BEEN OPENED SO E.SALON BUCK YOURE IDEAS UP ADD A REFUND PAGE AND CHANGE TO 60 DAYS BACK AND NOT 30 DAYS... RANT AND RAGE OVER . Does not cover gray hairThis product is probably fine if you want to use it for brightening your existing color but it DOES NOT COVER GRAY HAIR - it has also been annoying to cancel. Didn’t workI decided to try e-Salon again. I wrote the hairstylist about my first experience (my hair having an orange tint to it). She explained that she changed the product for me. I did EXACTLY what the directions said to do and yet my hair had the orange highlights again. Devastated, I had to go get my hair foxed the next day. Custom Colour setI just wish I would have visited your website long before. Definitely got too say you ladies are fantastic!!! Instructions and videos make the whole process so much easier and the results I definitely can say I love love love the way my hair looks feels so beautiful. 🩷 I'm going to follow up with future purchases.
