We can't seem to get the color rightI have been a member for 6 months and have tried to change tbe formula Because whatever they do it goes orange. The color I'm using now isn't lasting as long as it did at first. I had to color my hair between the deliveries this time. I missed my cut off date By a day. So, I guess I will have to deal with it another month and color it 2 times and deal with red. I wanted it lighter, but couldn't get it right. So, went darker, Both colors have not been shiny. I went through the chart and saw that 5.0 which is darker than I have ever used in my life is the only kne that is shiny and doesn't look like it ei pull so much red. It might cover the gray. gray still gray, Hair's now dry and course.I fallowed the directions exactly, my grey is very shiny but looks very noticeable. maybe a little lighter than before I colored it. My hair is much more course and feels a lot dryer. I washed it and used all of the conditioner. I could barely comb thru it. I have been using nice and easy. prior to using your product. Causes hair lossHi this product has nice color but made my hair break and become frizzy after the 2nd use. Also caused a lot of hair fall. I don't recommend this to anyone. Terrible product for novicesThere is so much more one needs to know about coloring products. The effects of these chemicals are highly variable. The marketing literature makes it sound simple.
