A Huge LetdownColor looks nothing like I expected. I was going for a golden brown and my hair turned out looking more like dark reddish brunette. The red is the most disappointing part as this is not what I wanted at all. I answered all questions and filled out my profile accordingly, even sent pictures, and the colorist did not even get close. To recap: not even close to the color I requested, it's already fading, and crappy gray coverage. Mine is already starting to come back through and it's been less than a week since I applied the color. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They overcharged me and would not refundI tried this and wasn't super happy with the color, it wasn't quite the right shade and faded very quickly. They ended up automatically charging my card after I cancelled but when I called the manager said they still showed me as active. I explained I did not want to use this again for now and that I didn't authorize further charges. She assured me they would refund the full amount and apologized. A few days later I saw that they did not refund what they had agreed to and only refunded part of the charges. When I called back they were rude and refused to do make it right saying it doesn't matter what I was told, calling it "their policy". The person I was speaking with put me on hold to talk to the original manager, who wouldn't speak to me but told her to just repeat that they wouldn't be returning the additional unauthorized charges. Because of their poor customer service and sub-par experience with the color, I will never use this company again. So disgusted by the way I was treated.
