Waxy residue left on hair.I have used this product for a few treatments the first few were fine, however the last few applications have left my hair with a waxy residue that took two to three attempts to wash out, also waxy residue made hair feel heavy and seemed to put pressure on my head. It is a shame because I like the colour but the actual experience of using this product isn't an experience that I would recommend. Drying to hair and messy to useThe color is very nice but not a good product for fine hair. Dries out and after hair is very hard to de-tangle. Not SatisfiedThe color i choose was good but it didn't last no longer then 2weeks my gray came back so I wasn't Satisfied with this product plus I couldn't reuse the product I had to throw a lot of Color away and that was a waste so I'm not satisfied at all and will not be ordering anymore from you. Unhappy with the past adjustmentUnfortunately, I believe the colorist did not fully comprehend the adjustments I wanted to make with the latest order.The adjustment request was for a "Lighter" color with more blonde undertones-Instead I now have BLACK hair with burgundy undertones. Despite doing a "test" strand which was in fact a bit lighter, when processing "according to instructions and step by step"- the overall outcome is horrific and not at all "Natural nor subtle". Please apply this bottle first to your roots *only*. Once the color has processed on your roots for the time indicated in your Personalized Instructions, you may then move on to the final *Rinse Through Your Ends* step (formerly known as the Shine & Rinse step). This essential step guides you to massage the color with water, through your roots and ends for 1 minute before rinsing. This will leave your hair with an all-over seamless color and gorgeous shine without darkening your ends. We hope this tip has been helpful! |
