Worst hair color experienceThis hair color option seemed promising. I followed all the instructions (not hard to do since I have been dying my own hair for 20+ years). It just seemed that color was "sticky" and even after using their shampoo and conditioner included (as instructed) my hair felt very weird. The next couple of days it continued to feel strange. Then I finally used a very fine comb with my shampoo and it "scraped" off residue. Then my hair felt back to normal. The color was not at all what I expected. I wanted a dark black, they sent that with some red/purple in it (Which I expressed to "my colorist" my hair doesn't hold reds). Who knows why they sent that. And it hasn't even been a month and it needs to be redone. At least with my Garnier brand I can go 8+ weeks. Not impressed, will not try again.
