Not HappyI used the same color that I've used the other times I've colored my hair. However, this time it came out VERY dark!! I've washed my hair several times trying to get it to lighten up, but it hasn't helped. completely wrong colorI requested color to lighten my natural hair by one shade. I sent pictures and I picked the color closest to my natural hair and the color I wanted to change it to. The "professional" stylist decided my hair was actually darker than what I had chosen so she insisted I go with a different color to achieve the "one shade lighter" that I requested. Of course, it came out at least one shade darker than my natural color. When I asked for solutions, I was told I could buy only one shade lighter (my natural color again), but I couldn't buy highlights without buying another full kit. It seems to me that if they wanted to keep me as a customer they would have offered to ship the new color with highlights if that would fulfill my initial request.
