This is a mess!the color is not great, pretty dull actually. it has taken me 3 days now to ALMOST get the gummy paste out of my hair. this being the 3rd day and 4th wash i still had to rinse it for almost 40 mins. i read about the "gel" color but that is ridiculous. now my hair is weak and brittle, i dont know if it is from the dye or all the washing. if this is an issue you all are aware of why in the world dont you fix it or make sure this information is extremely bold in the instructions or formulate the teeny bit of shampoo you give with it to actually work! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

I can't seem to get the color I want.Even after speaking with someone from Esalon my hair is still not a nice color. The color fades quickly and I keep having to dye all my hair to achieve the same color from root to ends. This has become very damaging to my hair. Good Quality ColorI really liked the color that was picked out for me. I didn't particularly love the method of rinsing the color to my ends. I followed the directions to a T, but it seems my roots are super dark and the rest of my hair may have gotten a slight tint.
