Made my hair fall outThe color was not even close to the picture of myself that I sent. I followed the directions to a tee, and clumps of my hair fell out, the color was dark and ashy, I had to turn the fan on in the bathroom because of the strong odor, and my remaining hair is fuzzy and damaged. No result but it didn't spoil anythingI expected the color to be lighter. I bought number 8 and I think it turned out way darker. Hardly visible touch up on my natural color. The mixture smelled very strong which would be ok if it worked. I'm glad I used it not only on the roots but on some highlights as well. It blended them a little bit. My hair was suppose to be red it is now DARK BROWN!I have strawberry blonde hair and I was going for more of a copper color. I was so excited for this product. I use the hair dye and it turns my hair DARK BROWN!!!! Not only did it not give me the color I want it gave me a color wayyyyy darker than I was asking for. Not even close to the color I was asking. I am very upset and I will have to bleach my hair to be able to fix it which will cost me more money. What a waste of money.
