You have NO clueI told you my color was too dark so my next order was less gray coverage but still BLACK. You don't know black from brown. I doubt all of your fantastic reviews are REAL. I am dissapointedNormally i am really happy with my custom made Color. But the last 2 Colors which i used, was different from the first Colors. The result was not how i normaly expected. The roots are more light red then Brown. I am not sure if you Changed something on the mix. Sorry, but i am relly dissapointed and think to stop the naxt order.
