Product everywhereWhen I got it opened I thought it looked well pack and couldn't wait to use it in a few weeks. Then I took the shampoo and conditioner out and the problem revealed itself. changed my mindAfter receiving my hair color package I decided not to color my hair. After chemo, it grew out grey and I get many compliments on it. It makes me feel old so I thought I'd go back to the blond I'd been for 50 years but, on reflection, thought I don't want to get back in that monthly process. The color was not what I expected.I received the first purchase and did the hair the color was slightly darker than what I wanted but lightened up after several washes. Customer Service is most unpleasantProduct was supposed to be here according to tracking four days ago. They know that it isn't here and told me to wait 3to5 more days to order another one. Or have another shipped to me and IF the original order gets here, I can send the other back. At my own expense,no doubt. Thanks, but no thanks.
