Left my hair greasy and brittleOrdered custom colour red mahogany... it went on very red but the colour after rinsing is just dark brown no red. I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed the conditioner but it's left an oily residue on my hair. It did not covered my gray hair at all,even after following the instructionsThe colour is very hard to wash off i had to shampoo my hair 3 times,also it did not covered my gray hair at all . Colour is ok even though i prefer more ash brown then it was.
