Destiné aux expertsBonjour, je trouve que j'ai reçu mon colis avec un délai assez long. Durant ce laps de temps j'aurais aimé recevoir quelques conseils d'utilisation ou bien des vidéos, de plus que j'ai précisé être novice et avoir besoin de conseils. Ensuite je reçois mon colis, très beau, très bien rangé, personnalisé, avec la notice. La qualité et le soin porté à l'emballage sont parfaits. Il faut maintenant que je me lance mais je ne sais pas combien de temps ça prend, il serait judicieux de donner un temps approximatif surtout lors d'une première commande. Je ne sais pas non plus si je vais y parvenir seule, et il est clair que non! Vu la longueur de mes cheveux je ne m'en sortais pas. Mon conjoint à donc mis la main à la pâte 😁. Au final, je dois vous dire que j'ai oscillé entre frayeur, défaitisme et crise de rire! Sachez que le résultat est tout de même à la hauteur de mes attentes 🥰. Gut zum EinsteigenLeider dauerte der Versandprozess fast 10 Tage, was aber an der Lieferung aus UK liegen könnte. Die Verpackung war sehr ansprechend, alles war dabei, Handschuhe, Pinsel und eine ausführliche Anleitung. Als das Schwierigste empfinde ich die Haare abzutrennen, besonders am Hinterkopf ohne Unterstützung mit Freundin ist echt herausfordernd. Alles an sich war die Handhabung aber gut erklärt und alles hat gut gereicht. Ich hoffe, das mit der Routine die Erfahrung kommt. Das Shampoo riecht gut und der Conditioner lässt sich gut einarbeiten. Nach dem Föhnen glänzen meine Haare, sehen gesund aus und riechen gut. Ich bin zufrieden, muss einfach noch mehr üben ;-) Die Farbe hat nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen entsprochen (etwas zu dunkel und zu rötlich), aber beim Kundenservice wird super auf jeden Änderungswunsch eingegangen. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

OkayI like it better than the last one I know I didn't explain what I want the right way I should've said copper. I don't think it's possible to get copper now since I've coloured my natural hair but I'd at least like less brown if I can't get copper. I'm going right in the middleI am only one day in but basing my reviews on my initial reaction. My first observation....MESSY. the third process is sooooo messy. i stood in the white shower, pouring the water filled leftovers on my head and kept looking around at all the red dye that was going everywhere in the shower. the walls, the knobs, the shelves, the foor. it almost gave me so much anxiety wondering if it was going to come out. Phew, it did tho. That's nice to know if ever use it again. Second observation....after using Overtone for years, the smell of E salon was overwhelming....at points, it made me tear up bc the ammonia was so strong. Makes me question what i just put in my hair. Third observation, the color is very dull and my roots came out a lot lighter than my hair. I'm the type of person that can pretty much roll with anything....i've been almost every color, every length. Beware that you're signing up for a continuing subscriptionI ordered the custom care kit but changed my mind about coloring my hair myself. Since I asked for the kit to be custom-made for me I didn't pursue getting a refund. I had no idea that I had signed up for a continuing subscription until I received a second coloring kit in the mail and saw that it had been charged to my bank account. When I called eSalon to explain that I was not aware that I was signing up for a continuing subscription, the agent told me to take the kit to the post office, mark the package refused, and it would be returned to eSalon and I would get my refund. That sounded kind of sketchy to me but I didn't think I had any alternative but to followed those directions. Well, when I tracked the package today I learned that the post office had disposed of the package, that it couldn't be delivered to or wasn't accepted by eSalon. ColorThe only thing that dyed was my ends which were a lighter color then my roots. So now I have brown roots prolly around 2 inches and then red length. I followed the directions to a T and still didn't work! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
