The color is differentEver since I used this color, my hair is like straw after I take a shower. Instead of the red highlights that I am used to, it is more of a golden highlight. Waxy build upThe color is gorgeous! But a thick, waxy build up was left right at my scalp. This did not happen the first time I used this brand. Third time failThe first 2 times I used this I was REALLY happy. Best Home colour ever. However on the third go the colour has not come out even like before. As with the other applications I used exactly as directed. Disappointed in deliveryMy bottle of developer leaked all over the package and it had very little left in the bottle. I still tried to dye my hair but I am upset as this is the first time this had ever happened with your company and I have always received excellent customer service.
