This company will not leave me alone!First order came with a leak, and I just about ruined my sofa. I contacted the company, heard nothing. Suddenly I received a new kit, but though canceled my account, I continue to get emails. I see my account is still active, though on hold on their site. I to cut all ties to this company and all my information deleted. It does not seem possible. My hair had lightened much more by the time I appliedYou sent a light brown hair colour but a dark blonde touch up wand. The dark blonde wand was the right colour up until I applied the colour kit today but the hair colour kit is too dark. I had asked you to adjust the colour to a lighter shade but it wasn't light enough. Now I have the wrong wand colour for the roots.
