YUK, YUK, YUK - CANCEL CANCEL CANCELDespite following the instructions to the letter (including the bit about massaging the stuff in to "break up the residue") I am left with a disgusting waxy, greasy film on my hair - especially the bits I didn't even colour, which I can't get rid of. The shampoo supplied just made it worse. It was totally vile, I ended up trying to scrape it out with my fingernails. I think it has clogged up my shower drain. Nice tone but a tad darker than I wantedThe presentation of this product was great and I had everything I needed to colour my own hair. However, I would have perhaps liked to have been contacted by the colourist beforehand to check a couple of things. The colour has turned out darker than I would have liked. I said I had medium brown hair and didn’t want it darker, but I was sent a dark brown base colour which my hair has absorbed strongly. Not as good as I had hopedMy hair is very silver. This product covered the silver well enough but the ammonia based product reeked and dried out my hair, even with the conditioner. Too red!I had wanted my hair more brown and my hair came out red again. I was furious! I called the company and said I did not want any more orders! The color from last month is still siitting in the box. Your developer needs is the strongest smelling I have used. It makes my eyes water and I cough. I do not want any products. love grays?If you love gray hairs standing right out, imedately after dying it? Than this is what to expect. Very bad service - please cancel immediatelyI am really cross. I wanted to try a one-off colour and had no idea that I signed up monthly. I only realized when I received another box. Please note this is only the second one I have received so I am not happy that I have paid for three.
