Not GoodThis was supposed to be cool dark blond, but it came out a strange gold color. As it faded out over one week, it looked progressively worse. I followed the directions exactly. Doesn't color roots wellI love the color that you made for me. I just wish it would have colored my roots. My roots are completely White but it is a course White. I did as your instructions said but after I washed my hair even the first time I could see the white Roots the second time I washed my hair it was like I didn't even color my roots I'm very disappointed this is expensive and supposed to be best hair color. I have had box colors last longer at from Walmart. Not responsiveI’ve emailed my feedback on the color and how It lifted my roots resulting in lighter roots and darker ends. I’ve emailed twice, they provided me with an account credit but my colorists hasn’t adjusted my color and the second order also provided me with the same results. I asked for brown - I got blondI asked for light brown- I said. Am a brunette not a blond. The container says blond. The lady I spoke to tried to convince me to go for what they sent because brown may be too dark. I didn't want dark brown. I wanted brown. A warm brown. Since the person I spoke to was adamant about giving me dark blond-I said to cancel my future orders. And now I find out I cannot return as it is hazardous. Then the lady said I have to pay S&H I said you sent me blond- I did not order blond. I am keeping this container as post office says it is hazardous. So I have to throw it away. Started out great.So starting went great, color application was simple and easy to understand. My problem started when I went to wash it out. It felt like my hair was caked in vaseline or glue. It took me over an hour to try to rinse the goop out before I finally gave up. I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it and they did not help at all. I had to take 3 showers to get all the goop out of my hair, and it still doesnt feel as healthy as it usually does after coloring. The color itsself I'm ok with. It did not come out the way I was expecting, but that could be because of how my color was before, or from the multiple washes right after application.
