Very mediocre at best...My natural color is medium flat brown hair, between a level 6 and 7. My hair is previously colored a brown auburn red with 2-3 inches of regrowth at the roots. My eSalon custom color was Medium Brown (Red Copper). They sent me an email to confirm I was OK with this color as they thought it would be too dark or too drastic of a change. I told them that was fine and to proceed, I prefer darker. I had high hopes this would be a bold change as my hair usually takes color (especially red tones) very well. After the lengthy process, I could barely tell the difference. The color just barely evened out my previous color with my roots. The at-home process was annoying and the smell of the products were harsh enough that I opened the bathroom window & door and was still overwhelmed by it. My hair has barely any red tone when it really should have refreshed my color. Disappointed, cancelled my plan and wouldn't recommend. Hair feels greasy & heavy after using this hair color.My hair feels greasy & heavy after using this hair color. I have used it twice now. Can the formula be adjusted so as not to be so greasy? Bin enttäuscht 😔Zwei Sterne gibt es für die wirklich sehr schöne Verpackung und den Inhalt. Es ist alles dabei was man braucht und muss wirklich nichts mehr besorgen. Die Lieferung dauerte schon sehr lange. Als ich nun loslegen wollte und die Farbe zusammen mischte, hielt ich es vor Gestank nicht mehr aus. Der Hauttest war dann auch fatal ausgegangen. Aus Vorsicht meiner Gesundheit gegenüber landete also das fertige Produkt im Müll. Nichts ahnend hatte ich automatisch ein Abo abgeschlossen... Super! Das kündigen des Abos ist einfach aber nirgendwo kann ich finden wie und wohin ich es zurücksenden kann um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Also 100% Kundenzufriedenheit sieht anders aus. Not the colour I ordered, hair feel like straw, colour fades quicklyI asked for my colour to be lightened a little from the red that is close to my natural hair color as I am covering a few grays. What I got was BROWN. It is awful. I can't fix it for another 3 weeks since my hair needs time to recover from this tragedy. My hair feels like straw, it is dull, and oddly sticky. I followed all directions. Made sure all of the product was rinsed from my hair, let it air dry for a bit before using the hair dryer. My hair looks and feels terrible. The Absolute Worst....Stay AwayMade an appointment, which was cancelled by the Hollywood store at the very last minute. The worst customer service, snotty, condescending, rude, and incompetent. Claimed their color mixing machine was broken. How laughable. Isn’t eSalon in the color business? Absolutely useless. Frustrated!I dont know why, but my hair color is so hard to rinse out. I spend 30 minutes in a warm shower than another 15 stucking my head under the faucet because the water is cold. I scrub and scrub with my hands and go through so much shampoo. I'm so frustrated! I used this a few years ago and had the same thing happen. I gave it one more shot hoping it was different, but darn it, it's the same thing. Custom Colour SetI have been using your product for a good few months now and yes I love it, but I have found that your formula changes quite often. initially, the product would give me a good 10 days coverage on my stubborn temple greys, lately, only the temple greys are visible after the first wash! During the colour process, the product used to make my hair feel almost elastic, so I KNEW it was working, but it no longer feels like that? Don't do it! They refused to follow thru with guarantee.The color did absolutely nothing to my hair. I may as well have colored it with Suave shampoo and a 🍋 lemon.
