Not what I expectedThe color was great but it didn't cover all my gray at the roots, after following all instructions. I have stains on my face, arms, and bathtub that I cannot get out. I know the skin stains will come out, but I have a special finish on my tub and I can't use bleach. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. The Fumes!I will say this color is great, the packaging is beautiful but the fumes are toxic. I was coughing and wheezing through most of the process. I would highly recommend putting in the instructions to make sure to be in a well ventilated area. Color was WAY DARKER than I expectedI expected a dark blonde but got a medium to darker brown. Not happy. Sent in a request for help changing color but have gotten no response. I really wanted to like this kit. Was easy to do, had great instructions, good products, just WRONG COLOR.
