Root color was way too darkThe root color they gave me came out extremely dark and did not blend at all with the end color that they gave me. It made my roots look worse than when I started. Color good, instructions not.The instructions should have had me leave color on my ends longer than 3 minutes at the end, since I was just switching back from a store box color. HorribleI have colored my greys before and I've never had such large strands of grey hair completely uncovered. My hair was totally saturated. It was NOT an application error. And I chose the darkest brown possible, uploaded a picture and this is still a complete waste of money. I've had better luck with grocery store boxes, so why is the junk more expensive? New colorThe last time I ordered I chose a new color (blue black) and I was not happy with it. Today, I tried re-ordering a color I've used in the past and I'm having a very hard time making any changes to my previous order ("My Color"). There is NO OPTION to change my color, it seems I can only re-order the last color I selected. What the heck?! The ordering process in NOT user friendly and no option to get assistance! Great color but...First...I want to say that the emails and ordering experience was great. The colorist I had helping me was very nice and honest about my color choice and the best way to go for my hair. The color is great! First day afterwards it looked very pretty...but it has now begun to fade and I thought for sure it would last longer. I have only been washing my hair about 2-3 times per week and following instructions to keep it vibrant but compared to store boxes it faded faster. Instructions very straight forward but color was unevenI loved the box with clear instructions and tools. Unfortunately , although I made sure to cover my entire head, roots to end, the color looks uneven.
