Not as anticipatedMy color was medium blond. The color they sent was lighter but nice enough. The problem I had, with the two or three times I used this product, was that my hair looked dull and the color faded really fast. It felt damaged to me as well. Not enough redMy color this time is dark enough, but it had too much blonde and not enough red. I like the shade of the color, I didn't like that it was dark blonde with red undertones. Loved it!!I have colored my hair for over 40 years and this haircolor was the closest to my own color as I've ever seen. I loved the results of the color however I found the person who called me on the phone to be so very rude- she spoke to me like I was a dim wit. Not as good this timeThis is my third application with my custom esalon kit. My grey roots were not covered as well this time. I think I did everything the same. One week later and the grey on the top of my head near my part and the sides near my face are looking like they need to be done again soon. So disappointingI was so excited to dye my hair when I received the package in the mail; however, the results were nothing like I expected.
