Color wasn't quite rightMy initial first order and the custom color set was a darker color than I preferred and I felt that the new hair color looked more strawberry blonde than the warm blonde I was looking for. They were great about correcting my color and sent me a new custom color for free. I really wanted a lighter blonde color, but doing that on already colored hair was not advised, and it was recommended that I try the highlight kit, so I added it to my order. When my next order arrived, I applied the base color and it still wasn't quite the color I wanted and I waited for a week to add the highlights. The Highlight color and application was just what I was looking for with the pop of blonde and it blended well with the base color. About a month later I went to my regular hair stylist for a cut and she was impressed with my highlights. I am very pleased with the color and look. Color changeI didn’t like the color I received. It didn’t seem to give a very good overall color or cover my grays well. The color did not seem to be a change from my previous color.
