Did not match my color and left hair two tonesAfter following the directions this color left my roots very bronzed and warm toned and when I put the second bottle on it tinted my ends a lot warmer than they were. Told stylist that my hair runs warm and to give me a darker color but they said I needed this after submitting a picture. I explained this happened in the salon and they had to redo my hair but they still insisted so all in all not happy. It also didn’t cover my grays as well As it should have. Three colour hairI had grey roots when my hairdresser daughter applied my colour. It came out a lovely dark brown colour. One wash later my roots are a gingery colour with chunks of grey. It’s okIt’s ok but the cost is knot that good. So far this stuff hasn’t lasted any longer than store bought dye so I’m done with this high price stuff. No ColorI was very excited for this to come, and applied it as soon as the mailman left. Now that I’ve used it, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because there is no visible difference in color AT ALL. Not even a slight color wash. Changed and not for the good.I was a LOVER of your color but the last 3 shipments have been lighter in color and don't seem to hold up or cover my grey well. Did you change it?
