Good color but bad reactionI really enjoyed the color it gave me, i ended up using the dye three times, however on my third dye I had a horrible reaction to the product. I am only dyeing my dark hair darker and I had never dyed my hair previously but on my third dye my hair was falling out in clumps. no bald patches but insane fall out that it could clog a drain. Nicht mein TonSehr geehrtes eSalon Team. Leider muss ich mitteilen, das ich mit dem Endergebnis nach dem färben meiner Haare nicht zufrieden bin. Habe extra drauf angedeutet, das ich keinen rot/orange Stich möchte, drumm auch einen Farbton mit Asche aussuchte. Doch leider sind die Haare im rötlichem Ton. Auch hatte ich ein Foto mitgesendet gehabt, wo deutlich zu erkennen war, das die längen gefärbt und der Ansatz mein naturton ist (zwei unterschiedliche Farben). Not the colorI was hoping for my order to be lighter but it wasn’t. I added suggestions and pictures to help get the color I wanted and it wasn’t taken in to consideration in my opinion.
