I’m not sure.I’m not sure if I wasn’t clear on what my desired color was supposed to be, or if I was sent the wrong colors, but I’m very disappointed in how it turned out, I loved the packaging, I loved the kit, I loved how the instructions were clear, but this might be a dealbreaker to go through all the effort and time to have it look nothing like what I wanted it to be. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Doesn’t last longAs a long time customer, I feel the product has changed. In the beginning, the coverage and color would last for 5-6 weeks. Well that didnt make a differenceI purchased this colour and was very happy when it arrived to see it had been personalized with my name. However after rigorously following the step by step personalized instructions I was bitterly disappointed to discover that it made no difference to my dark blonde/golden hair. Don't waste your moneyI got my package. I followed your directions explicitly. I even had someone come and sit with me while I did this to make sure I did it right. I still look like a clown except now instead of two colors I kind of have 3 because I have the root at the base which still look Capri and then I have a brown and then I have this other color that was supposed to be medium Auburn that's what I was trying to get anyway I have missed work I have missed family commitments all because of this and as far as I'm concerned you should refund my damn money that I paid for this in the first place and I need to know how to cancel this your prompt response is much appreciated otherwise I'm putting all these pictures on Facebook Twitter and Instagram this is supposed to be professional hair color let me tell you I would rather you refund my money so I can go buy a box of dye at Walmart at least I know what I'm going to get. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

DisappointedI was very excited to try your new hair color product. But I have to say honestly after a few times of using it I am disappointed. To start the gray coverage if no better and what I've been buying in the store. I use color treated shampoo and only wash my hair 1 to possibly two times a week and yet even with your coloring product the grace come through after the first 10 days. In addition I am not saving any money with using your hair coloring what I buy in the store cost close to the same amount. I have had this previous color for the last 15 years medium blond in the fall and winter any lighter blond in the summer. I never had to use highlights or lowlights to achieve this color and I'm not interested in starting now. Less Than ImpressedWas looking forward to trying eSalon after self coloring with drug store box products for many years. I ordered as usual medium brown and carefully applied color as instructed. Step 3 Blend for Shine in the shower technique painfully burned my eyes leading to blepharitis, loss of eye lashes and a trip to my doctor. I am very disappointed with the results of my eSalon experience. My roots are too light brassy orange and the rest of my hair is too dark brown. Hair framing my face is quickly showing greys after only two weeks since color application. I was very careful with following the timing recommendations for coloring roots and then ends. Never hit the markTried a few years ago and never got it right. Decided to give it another shot and still not there. I don’t like the way it makes my hair feel in comparison to other products and the color was never vibrant enough an always too dark.
