Love the color but...I love the color and would like to try other products but they have been "out of stock" for months & months. I contact them every month for an ETA on "out of stock" products but so far nothing. Colored hair needs protection so better to use a different brand product outside of esalon than no product at all, right? Updated review May 27th 2020 I still love the color but recently had to buy a color from the grocery store because May 5th order was lost in the mail and replacement is "suppose" to be delivered today. 22 days! Very disappointed esalon couldn't send me a rush replacement. My suggestion is to always have a backup color on hand for emergencies. This is the 3rd time I have had a very late shipment that caused me to have to use a grocery store color.
